Welcome to BESHU. By using this website or any of our services (free or paid), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, which together with our Privacy Policy govern your relationship with BESHU.
"BESHU" (or "we", "us", "our") refers to The Trustee for AP Fitz Family Trust (ABN 90 972 637 818), trading as BESHU.
"You" refers to the user or viewer of this website or any of our services.
By using this website, signing up for any of our paid or free offers, booking a session, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About BESHU
BESHU is a mental health mentoring service founded by Lou Fitz (Louise Fitzpatrick). We provide lived-experience based mentoring, programs, and resources for adults navigating anxiety, identity, and emotional overwhelm.
Important: BESHU is not a clinical mental health service. Lou is not a registered psychologist, counsellor, social worker, or medical professional under AHPRA. BESHU services are educational and supportive in nature, designed to complement (not replace) professional clinical care.

2. Website Use
The content on this website is for your general information and use. It may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
You agree NOT to:
- Reproduce, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of this website without our written consent
- Use this website in any way that causes harm or breaches Australian law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access this website

The information shared through BESHU (this website, our paid programs, podcasts, emails, social media, and any other materials) is based on Lou's lived experience and learning. It is not clinical mental health advice.
We do not guarantee that any information shared will produce specific results. Outcomes from any program or session depend on your engagement, commitment, and personal circumstances.
You must:
- Consult a qualified medical professional, psychologist, or doctor for clinical mental health concerns
- Use your own judgement when applying any information or strategies from BESHU
- Not rely on BESHU information as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of any information or services from BESHU.
4. Paid Programs + Services
When you purchase a BESHU paid offering, the following applies:
4.1 Engagement is voluntary
You are choosing to participate of your own free will.
4.2 Not a clinical replacement
Our paid offerings are educational and mentorship-based, not clinical treatment.
4.3 Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe through our CRM platform (TekMatix). Payment plans are available on select offerings.
4.4 Access to digital content
Once you purchase a digital product or program, you are granted personal, non-transferable access. You may not share login details, redistribute content, or resell access.
5. Refunds + Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation policies vary by offering. We aim to be fair and transparent.

| Confidence to Be™ ALL-IN ($1,777) | 14-day cooling-off period from first module access. After 14 days, or if multiple modules have been accessed, no refund. |
| 1:1 60-min Mentoring (from $197) | Non-refundable. Free rescheduling available with 24+ hours notice. |
| Premium 1:1 Mentoring ($2,666 / $4,333) | 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first session. Pro-rata refund considered on a case-by-case basis after that. |
5.1 Cancellation policy for 1:1 sessions
- 24+ hours notice: No fee, free rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours notice: 100% session fee applies, no refund
- No-show: 100% session fee applies, no refund
- BESHU-initiated cancellation: Full reschedule or refund at your choice
5.2 Payment plans
If you are on an active payment plan and choose to discontinue, your remaining instalments may still be payable depending on access granted to the program content. Contact us at lou@beshu.com.au for specific circumstances.
5.3 Exceptional circumstances
We are human. If you experience genuine hardship, bereavement, serious illness, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact Lou directly. We'll work with you on a fair resolution outside these standard terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website and within our paid programs are owned by or licensed to BESHU. This includes:
- Text, copy, slogans, frameworks (including "Confidence to Be™")
- Images, video, audio (podcast, B-roll, brand imagery)
- Course materials, workbooks, prompts, methodologies
- Branding, logos, design elements
You may not:
- Copy, share, or distribute paid program content
- Use BESHU materials in your own commercial offerings
- Reverse-engineer or repurpose BESHU methodologies
- Resell access to programs
Personal use (e.g. printing a workbook for yourself) is fine.
7. External Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience or further information. We don't endorse or take responsibility for the content of linked websites.
8. Links to Our Website
You may not link to this website from another website or document without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable consumer protection laws.
If our services are services to which the ACL applies, we provide guarantees that:
- The services will be supplied with due care and skill
- The services will be fit for the disclosed purpose
- The services will be supplied within a reasonable time
If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies under the ACL.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BESHU's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
12. Governing Law + Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version is the one published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email if you're on our list.
Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. AI + Automation Notice
Some content on this website and in our marketing communications may be drafted with AI assistance (including Claude by Anthropic) and reviewed by Lou before publishing. AI is not used in clinical mentoring sessions or in the personalised delivery of support to you. Your 1:1 sessions are conducted personally by Lou.

15. Transcription Tools
Some business operations (including content creation, internal planning, and 1:1 session support with your prior consent) may involve transcription tools that meet Australian privacy and security standards aligned with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and OAIC guidance. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how transcription is used, the standards we apply, and your rights.
